Scotty Cameron Phantom 5S 2024 Putter - Custom Fit

Designed to favour a straight-back-straight-through putting stroke, the Phantom 5s offers the same outline as its model-mates, but with a straight shaft in a zero-offset position for a nearly-face balanced option with an unobstructed address view of the leading edge of the face to align with in this popular compact mallet shape. A simple line on the topline enhances alignment, making squaring the face and aiming easier. The cavity milled cherry dots highlight the tonal theme with an elegant translucent smoke hue, as well.

In keeping with the line’s multi-material construction methodology for balance and feel, the Phantom 5s is crafted from an integration of precision milled 303 stainless steel—including customised sole weights—and lightweight 6061 aircraft aluminium. The solid steel face is dual-milled for a Tour-inspired texture, while the specially designed grip fits perfectly in-hand for a full contact experience.

FULL CONTACT GRIP
Each Phantom model features the new Full Contact paddle-style grip, custom-designed for the line. Tapered at both ends and uniquely shaped for optimal in-hand feel, this new grip is crafted at the ideal size, weight and form with a “chain link” texture reminiscent of the feel of the Tour-preferred “Baby T”, ensuring reliable contact with the putter in all weather conditions. The larger flat surface of the paddle assists the player’s face angle awareness at address, making squaring up to the ball easier.

TOTAL ALIGNMENT
Zero-offset combined with a single milled sight line on the topline in conjunction with the milling marks in the flange paired with the curved back wings present the player an aesthetically pleasing pattern for confident alignment at address.

MULTI-MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION
Each new Phantom mallet incorporates a design methodology using complementary materials to achieve desired performance at a preferred length and weight by integrating precision milled 303 stainless steel with lightweight 6061 aircraft aluminium fused with updated vibration damping technology.
